I definitely did not appreciate or enjoy the absence of hot water the morning of my departure. A cold shower was not what I was anticipating or expecting at all.

The room was overall clean, although the corners of the shower could stand closer attention and some scrubbing in my opinion. I did appreciate and take advantage of the hot cocoa bar and the night time cookies that were available!

I want to personally thank Jewel at Hampton Inn Swansboro, NC for making our vacation to Emerald Isle so enjoyable. Jewel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was beautiful & clean, our dog was welcome and the service was five-Star! Thank you, Jewel! 🤩💎 We will most definitely return to this property for another lovely vacation. Everything was perfect!

The handicap accessible king suite is huge! The accessible bathroom is also large. Great hotel and great breakfast. Service is friendly and they even have yummy cookies! Location was perfect and the rooms were very very quiet. We will definitely stop here again when visiting.

Such a beautiful hotel! Excellent location! Quick access to the beach right down the street! Easily access everything from Jacksonville to Swansboro to Cape Carteret and points beyond. Wonderful service and even perks like fruit infused water, baked cookies and coffee. Prompt front desk available for everything. Wonderful overnight stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick beach weekend. This property is super dog friendly, and has a huge, well kept grass area for walking your dog around. The room was mostly clean. There was a coffee? stain on the bed skirt and there was only one functioning elevator that had several cracked tiles in the floor, and not very efficient (but not a huge deal considering only a few stories tall). The room refrigerator was bigger than some hotels and fit all of our beach picnic supplies + dog food. To note: There is NOT an outdoor shower to help rinse off from the beach.

Loved our stay here! Rooms were clean and the location was great. We got in later than we liked but because everything was so close, we were able to grab food across the street after check-in.

I was in town for a night on business. The staff were personable and kind. There were fresh cookies at check-in. My room was clean and well stocked with the things I needed. I wasn't blown away by the breakfast food. It was just the normal breakfast items that you get at any hotel. I like that touch. There is a nice sitting area out back. I didn't swim, but there's an outdoor pool.
